Limited Liability Partnership “MIRTEK” (“the Company”) describes how information is processed when you use the website stringsoffate.kz and the game Strings of Fate XI, distributed via VK Play, Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The game is a fully offline product: no multiplayer, no online features, no in-game purchases, and no gameplay data is sent to the Company. Save files stay on your device.

The website is an informational resource about the game. It does not process online payments and does not collect card or e-wallet details. You may submit a request for a physical collector’s edition; the request is emailed to the Company so we can arrange delivery and payment contact. It is not an automated checkout.

If you email support@stringsoffate.kz or support@stringsoffate.ru, or use the collector’s edition form, we receive the message content, the chosen edition (if any), the shipping address you provide, and the contact details you leave (email and/or Telegram, WhatsApp, Max, or another channel). These data are used only to answer you and to fulfil the request. They are not stored in the website database; they are handled by email for as long as needed.

After cookie consent, the site may count visits with its own mini counter (views, unique visitors per day, country from IP). Nothing is sent before consent. See also the Cookie Policy.

Store platforms may process data under their own policies. Steam achievements are a Steam feature, not data collection by the Company. Delivery services may receive address data needed to ship an order.
